The airport staff is rude! They only spoke Italian...

The airport staff is rude! They only spoke Italian without interest if we understand .. also at the beginning all rue and in Italian of course told me that instead of a new Greek identity they wanted a passport for England! When I said that it is a Greek identity and I know that there is no question I gave it to her while she said something again in Italian!
