My experience with Crusader Carpets Limited has been average. The quality of their carpets is decent, but not exceptional. I would have expected better for the price I paid. The installation process was smooth and the staff was friendly. However, the carpet started to show signs of wear and tear sooner than expected. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
