After an unsuccessful visit to Rydell in San Fernando, my husband and I decided to visit West Valley Chrysler Jeep. Upon arriving we were greeted by Eric who is the GM and our soon to be salesman, CARLOS PEREZ. It was nice to be greeted by the GM personally as you get a sense of the teamwork that takes place at this little dealer. Don t be fooled by their size because they have a great selection for all your needs and will make sure to get you into a car you are satisfied with. Carlos was easy to work with from the get go. His big smile and outgoing personality made us feel welcome which in turn, made it easy to communicate with him. We told him exactly what we wanted and he did everything possible to make that happen. We were feeling a little defeated during our test drive because of the experience we had at the other dealership but Carlos helped to turn that around. He was extremely kind and patient with us and kept us motivated. We felt comfortable enough with Carlos to move forward and work out a deal that we felt satisfied with. During the process, we also worked with Sales Manager, Michael Juniel. Michael made things happen for us and made sure all aspects of our loan were dealt with in a professional matter. He did his best to work around our needs and that is important because you want to work with a business that is client based and is eagerly wanting to meet your needs. From our point of contact to our last stop with the gentleman in the business office, we felt confident with the team we were able to work with. They gave us a better deal than the other dealership we went to and Carlos Perez is amazing to work with. He delivered our brand new Grand Cherokee to our house and still took the time to explain all the functions and answer our questions. I would happily refer this dealer and CARLOS PEREZ for their exceptional customer service.
