I would rate Profitxx as an average company. Their website profitxx.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not helpful. I think Profitxx has room for improvement in terms of customer support.
