I Litterally have to call them at least once a month. Sometimes twice. No one knows what there doing, and even when we schedule to make a payment, they don't take it out on time AND then charge you with their late fees. I used to have a great mortgage company and NEVER have any problems, then they switched us to these people and we've had problems ever since. Been trying so hard to find a way out and refinance through a different bank. Loan care is simply hoakum and could care less if you loose your house. In fact I think that's their goal. NEVER EVER willingly use them as your mortgage company. You will definitely regret it. It's just not worth it.
