I have had a mortgage with loancare for over a year now. I've never had a problem with them. I pay my mortgage online easily, though there is a $10 fee the reason for my 4 stars. When I call I'm usually never on hold and the person I talk to is always nice. Even when I fell into hard times for a few months they did everything they could to help and offer assistance. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews.
