I went to the Jefferson for the Christmas tree lighting and stood in a large crowd for about 45 minutes while they went through a program. The program included introducing many people from around the city who had made contributions to various organizations. There were many Christmas carols saying and the tree was lit by Santa Claus after about 45 minutes. It was very crowded leaving and stressful. However it was very well decorated and festive.
