I recently ordered takeout from Ethnic Foods, and it was a bit underwhelming. The flavors were okay, but nothing exceptional. The customer service, on the other hand, was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. While I may not order from Ethnic Foods again, I can see why others enjoy it.
