Travset provided an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were decent. However, I encountered some issues with the customer service. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and the resolution was not as prompt as I would have liked. Overall, I would consider using Travset again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
