Sofia, has been one of the most responsive property agents I have ever come across. I was actively looking for an apartment and sent her a mail right after applying for a house. She responded to me within an hour by personally calling up , a gesture than made me feel comfortable and confident. She asked me questions without making assumptions and ensured she knew my application inside out. She kept me posted at each stage of the application and made me feel the presence of a person who wanted me to find the perfect house for myself.
When I received confirmation on my apartment , she sounded equally excited. I am excited to move into my apartment not only because it ll be my first home but also because of the positive energy she has set forth in that place. She is a wonderful agent with a great degree of professionalism!
