I have been searching for months for the perfect car and went to different dealerships. By far, I had the BEST Customer Service at Surgernor Ottawa thanks to Lee Goudie who made me feel like so welcomed. He gave me suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He knew exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Although I'm very picky and demanding, he always kept his smile and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concernsl ! He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the Bluetooth, OneStar, etc. This dealership so quick and professional. Lee and the rest of the team made me feel special and made this process go very smooth! I highly recommend Lee Goudie if you want excellent service! Thanks again guys!
