This company is incredibly unfair to its clients. I am being obligated to pay a renewal fee, when in fact I do not want to or can renew at this time, because I have not used the program for a single project (not their issue of course). I signed a contract a couple years ago and apparently I also agreed to terms and conditions that I have no record of receiving, that states I was to renew unless I notified by writing 90 days prior! This is small print in a second page to the contract that I never received and was just now sent to me by a rep. The page also only says "terms & conditions" in grey at the bottom of the page, in small print. I also never received the emails they claim to have sent me 90 days ago... I am certain I would have remembered a 90-day cancellation policy.

Overall, I am disappointed with the seemingly sneaky way they do business. I was hoping to eventually use the program in place of AutoCAD, and had in fact recommended it to various colleagues and students. I think it is always best to give clients/customers the benefit of the doubt, and simply treat people with kindness.
