Stopped in to take care of a Vivoactive that wasn t charging. Was treated like I was the most important customer ever. Kirby Bollnow fixed the problem, made sure the watch was charged before sending us on our way and took the time to have a great discussion with us. Being treated with such kindness is rare these days, I left feeling happy that I had met such a stand up guy. What a great ambassador for your company
