I originally gave a 2-star with the review below. I want upset but I was being honest. I was later contacted by Foxwoods and invited back for another night. I appreciated that and selected my anniversary to do it. This experience was AWESOME! We were upgraded to a suite and had the best service during our stay. Now, the hook up to allow us to experience the facilities again was on Foxwoods themselves but I believe the improvement on service we saw from the team there was the standard Foxwoods expects from their people. My wife and I had a great time and not only would I go back again, but I can't wait to go back again. They could do better on the room rates but I'll go when I can.

It was a task to find good customer service nearly anywhere in the casino! Rooms were cool but step out of it and you're surrounded by employees who seem to not want to be there. Beyond the initial bathroom door there is zero privacy. No door to the toilet and a glass door to the shower. Which means if ur doing anything other than brushing your teeth...only one person can do something at a time. Slows everything down. Goodness forbid someone has a restroom emergency while their friend is in the shower! Lastly, we called for a bellman with a luggage cart at 11:35a for a 12:00p check out. At 11:50a a housekeeper came with a foldable luggage rack to put a single suitcase on top of. Looking at the 11 bags and a cooler we had, we told him this isn't what we needed. He said he'll get someone up right away. At 12:00p I called back and the bellman desk said they messed up and someone would be right up. At 12:15p I called again and she said they were backed up. I told her that's why I called at 11:35! Eventually somebody came and got everything. No apologies were given, no words were exchange and no tips where given and we left. Stay at Mohegan Sun.
