My experience with Pura Bathrooms Ltd was just average. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service needs improvement. When I had an issue with my order, it took a while for them to respond and resolve the problem. The delivery was on time, but I expected better communication from the company. If they work on improving their customer service, it could be a great company to buy from.
