After clearing all the technical rounds and when it comes to final question of final round - personal questions, there are certain questions which are personal and which any one dont want to share then why these manager/vp (who took final round of interview) get offended and do not consider your profile. Its me who going to work on regular basis. There are certain things which they have to limit and increase the understanding as per young generation. All person are who took the interview are above 35 and dont have actual connects with world. Also the seatting arrangements are like hens packed in cage. Canteen omg! The company dont want to spend on their employees to small, no much variety and it is said that its global leader. As of day acquired 37 comapnies and the arrangemnets are like hell, manager need to work on other roles like connect to reality of the things and should understand the personal issues are personal and do not judge the candidate stability based on personal issues understand the commeitment given by candidate.
