The bitopi group is not worth the hype. I had a terrible experience with their customer support. They were unhelpful and often seemed disinterested in resolving my queries. The quality of their products is average at best, and the delivery was delayed by a significant amount of time. My overall experience with The bitopi group has been quite disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others.
