Staff trained on all levels, in addition to the first entry point (seller) to mention the friendliness of the attendant at the entrance, the technician who took the old car, the staff who quickly carried out the "papers" for the exit and finally the guy who delivered the car, all ok. Hopefully the same in the post-sale :-)
