I recently used the services of Near-Miss Management LLC and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that the overall quality of their work could have been better. I expected more attention to detail and a more personalized approach. However, the team was responsive to my concerns and made efforts to address them. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to improve.
