I have been a customer of Universal Music Co, INC for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they have a good selection of music, their website is not the easiest to navigate and it often takes a long time to find what I'm looking for. Additionally, their customer service is not very responsive and I often have to wait a long time for a resolution to any issues I may have. Overall, I would rate Universal Music Co, INC as average.
