I had a mixed experience with Todocruceros.com. While the website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth, I encountered some issues with the customer service. The representatives were not very responsive to my queries and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, the cruise itself was great, with excellent facilities and a wide range of activities. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
