This company manages a rental home next to me. I have had to contact them on a number of occasions with property concerns. Each time they were unhelpful, didn't communicate well, and did not take appropriate action to address the concerns. I called the company and emailed the "owner" several times and they ignore concerns related to their managed property. Latest issue was property damage. Couldn't be any more unprofessional and irresponsible.
