I recently used boarding services at a well-known facility. Although I found the overall experience to be satisfactory, I felt that the staff could have been a bit more attentive. The facilities were clean and secure, and my pet seemed comfortable during their stay. However, I didn't receive as many updates or photos as I expected. Nonetheless, my pet was well cared for, and I would consider using this service again in the future.
