Very bad experience!contacted via web chat with Michelle Lawless,she told me the matter needed to be discussed by phone and requested my phone number and told me a solicitor would be in contact with me shortly which was 3 weeks ago! On 2 occasions I phone them to speak to her and was told she wasnt there and took my number for her to return my call which I still havent received a call. Common courtesy would be to call me and tell me if I have a case or not or that they are not interested in my case. Very bad!!
