I am a long-time customer of Pueblo of Laguna Utility Authority and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide the basic utilities needed, there is room for improvement. Their customer service could be more responsive and their billing process needs to be clearer. Overall, the company is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
