About a two years ago, we had a terrible water pipe burst accident in my Grandmothers home. My Grandmother was away when this happened and the damage was significant. I received so much help when needed most from this company that I am truly forever in their debt. I was dealing with so many things at the time with my Grandmothers needs increasing due to age, managing so much and Rural came thru for us BIG!
