I had a mixed experience with Too Small to Fail. On one hand, I appreciate their efforts to support early childhood development through various programs and resources. The website toosmall.org is informative and user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some questions about their initiatives, and it took a while for them to respond. Additionally, I think they could improve their communication by sending out regular updates to their subscribers. Overall, my experience with Too Small to Fail was average.
