I have been a customer of Soluna Australia Pty Ltd for a while now and I must say their service is average at best. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality, but their customer support needs improvement. There have been a few instances where I had issues with my orders and it took quite some time for them to resolve it. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
