They do not have good customer service. Had placed a order with them and my order did not arrive. When I asked about it through email they could not find it. I had to call and they tell me they are shutting down that part of there production. They never made my cords even after I had emailed them a month prior and they gave me a shipping date. Then they tell me they are sorry about every thing they have been having to make a lot of these calls. I had to call them they were never going to call me. Now my production line is in danger of shutting down because they never called me.
