I recently visited a Zen retreat center in Santa Cruz and it was an incredible experience. The setting was beautiful and I felt immediately at ease upon arrival. The guided meditation sessions were enlightening and helped me to gain a better understanding of myself. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, making the retreat even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.
