I had an overall average experience with Cognito Forms. The form builder was fairly easy to use, but I encountered a few issues while customizing the design. The customer support team was helpful in resolving those issues, but it took longer than expected. The platform has some useful features, but I feel like there is room for improvement. Overall, it's an okay option for creating online forms.
