The experience with Infusion Technology has been quite average. While the company has a decent website, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had some issues with the product I purchased and it took them a long time to address them. The overall quality of their products is satisfactory, but I expected better service for the price. I wouldn't say it's a bad company, but there are definitely better options out there.
