I recently interacted with the New York City Economic Development Corporation and I must say, the experience was average. The customer support was responsive but the overall process was a bit slow. However, they were able to address my concerns eventually. The website, edc.nyc, is easy to navigate and provides useful information. It would be great if they could improve their response time.
