I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Nrn global services for a while now. The experience has been average so far. The company website nrnglobal.ca is user-friendly, but the customer service needs improvement. The response time is slow and the staff is not very knowledgeable. Overall, they do an okay job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
