I recently had the opportunity to work with a digital marketing company based in the UK, and overall, I found my experience to be average. The company website was simple and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find relevant information. However, I felt that the level of communication could have been better. Although the company was responsive to my initial inquiries, there were times when it took longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of my project. Additionally, I noticed that some of the services mentioned on their website were not available or lacked sufficient details. On a positive note, the team assigned to my project was knowledgeable and provided some valuable insights. Nevertheless, based on my experience, I would rate this company as average, as there is certainly room for improvement in terms of communication and service delivery.
