I found the website to be informative but lacking in user-friendly navigation. The customer service was decent, but I expected more personalized attention and guidance through the transition process. The listing process for my business felt a bit generic and I had hoped for more tailored marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. Overall, the experience was average.
