👍 I joined D. e. shaw research a few months ago and it has been an incredible journey so far. The workplace culture is amazing and the team members are supportive and knowledgeable. The management truly values innovation and encourages us to think outside the box. The research projects are intellectually challenging and rewarding. I feel fortunate to be a part of this organization.
