I recently used a vacation booking service and found it to be quite average. The website was user-friendly and offered a decent selection of vacation packages. However, I encountered some issues with customer service, as it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. While the company's website had some useful features, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and enhancing the overall vacation experience.
