I showed up to pick up my BANDEC card in CUC at branch 1561 at 8:05 in the morning, the custodian informed me that 10 shifts had already been given to carry out this procedure and that no more would be given, since they ended at 1pm, However, I stayed because I did not conceive that only 10 people would do this, and some other company would go looking for payments and of course there were 2 workers to do it, which with each user took more than half an hour, made calls, went out to make some other management, and at the end of the last client it was 12:25, they did not want to attend to me, I really do not understand how if banks collect so much money, it is mandatory to buy online using these cards, you can pay for electricity, do transfers, cards have become such a necessary part of the day to day, why so bad treatment? Why so late? Why do I have to stop sleeping in order to get a shift? (since shift 10 was from 4am)
The bad service, the bitter faces of the workers, the terrible service is inconceivable ...
