Do NOT recommend. We went through this realtor and nothing productive was done for us. What he did do: Set us up with a portal that notified us of houses within our ideals (all of which Zillow and/or Redfin notified us of sooner and had nearly all the same houses to choose from.) (Nothing different/special about these homes that we couldn't find ourselves)
When we'd express interest in a house we really loved, he'd go radio silent until he'd write to tell us it was pending, had multiple offers, or to share how well he did on another deal with another client while he wasn't responding to us. When we asked to tour a couple potential homes after applying for our mortgage loan, he basically 'broke up with us' and left us high and dry. Making us have to go back to square one in the middle of a pandemic with a pending pre-qualification. Not once saying sorry, good luck, nothing. For someone who collects commission on homes sold, he doesn't try very hard to say the least.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking for realtors.
