I have had an overall average experience with Metro travels and tours. The booking process was smooth, but the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and unprofessional. Thankfully, the tour itself was enjoyable and the accommodations were decent. I would consider using their services again, but only if they improve their customer service.
