I had an average experience with the Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce. The website blackchamber.com provided good information about the services they offer, but I was expecting more personal assistance. It would have been great if they had assigned a dedicated representative to guide me through the process. Overall, I found the experience satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
