As with many of the reviews I can only speak for my own experiences with FRII and the quality of service provided. On multiple occasions the internet has gone out for more than 12 hours to which their response was "oh I'm sorry can you not check your emails?" Condescendingly I might add. To which I must respond, no.... I cannot, check my email nor anything else my employment requires for that matter, as the internet is down. The only beacon of light in this dark wifi-less void was Jennifer with their technical support team. Though she could not give an estimate of time when the internet would be back nor could she say more than "they are working on it", she had to have answered 100s of calls at least, regarding this issue and still managed to keep a smile through the whole conversation. Personally I'm glad to be moving away from using their services since they don't seem to be able to fix anything same day if not same week. It's a shame really, they used to be so much better 3+ years ago.
