I can see why this place does so well. The prices are fairly cheap, energetic guides, and overall an extremely family oriented place to go. Our groups guide was Wes. He was funny, energetic, and guided the river well. My only complaint is that I wish the rapids were a bit more thrilling and crazy but you can't change that so it's ok. Overall though a fantastic experience.
