I have mixed feelings about Hamlet Enterprises, INC. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I have had several issues with orders being delayed or incorrect, and it took multiple phone calls to resolve them. However, once the issues were escalated, the higher-level support was prompt and helpful. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
