I recently had the opportunity to work with Octus pte ltd and I must say it was an average experience. The company website, octus.com.sg, provided useful information and their products seemed promising. However, the customer service was lacking and the delivery of my order was delayed. Overall, I would rate my experience with Octus pte ltd as average.
