I've had good experiences with CHT personally.
Chittenden County honestly doesn't have many "good landlords," and that Cleary won't ever change, but CHT does try harder to help their tenants than any other landlords I've ever dealt with. They offer alot, I'm pretty sure they have programs even to help people get credit, and buy a home eventually. I would have taken the credit class, had I not fixed my credit myself, before my application was accepted through CHT.
I would certainly recommend them though they are definitely the best when it comes to chittenden County.
