My first Lexus car, what an experience! From the moment we pulled into the lot, stepped out of the car, and was immediately greeted by Edward J., it was like we were visiting family. It was nothing like the car buying experiences I was accustomed to. No pressure to buy, just a test drive as I requested and an explanation of the features by Ed, who scored high marks with his car knowledge and winning personality. My husband and I returned days later after narrowing down our search and I could not have been more pleased.

The exceptional service extended to everyone who passed by in the showroom. Not only were we introduced to the managers, we were greeted warmly by all. While paperwork was being completed, every aspect of our comfort was addressed. There was even a company luncheon taking place and we were escorted into the conference room to partake and treated like their special guests. The finance portion with Jeffrey was seamless. We realized we were from the same home town and shared experiences and laughs from there.

Before we knew it, we were driving away with my new car. Just a very efficient, family friendly experience. The car is beautiful and while I continue to get used to the drive and features, I m sure it will live up to all the wonderful reviews and personal stories shared that lead me to Lexus in the first place. Thank you Lexus of Northlake for everything including my wonderful parting gifts. Looking forward to our newly formed friendship.
