This central city hotel is located perfectly for a Singapore city vacation. It is big and beautifully decorated with indoor garden (check the orchid dome) and a nice outdoor pool. Their breakfast buffet is awesome!

I am especially impressed and grateful for the concierge staff s willingness to help. They put a lot of effort into searching for my sons lost backpack, that was accidentally left in a cab. They tracked the driver, found him and asked him to come to hotel with the backpack. We were so relieved that we got it back. Thanks!!! That is excellent customer service!
