After about 6 months at CFR, I couldn't be happier I joined. It is a welcoming gym with knowledgeable coaches who make sure you get what you need every day. Each work out is programmed with care and you will definitely see results, no matter what your starting point is. It was the boost I needed to take my training to the next level and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an encouraging but challenging atmosphere to train in.
